Cash and credit, both sides
What customers owe you and what you owe suppliers, in one place. Part payments clear the oldest dues first; every party’s statement is one tap away.
True cost of goods
Transport and labour on a purchase are added to the cost of the goods, so the profit on every item comes out right.
Returns
Customer returns and returns to the supplier stay linked to the original memo. Stock and dues correct themselves.
Day close
The cash that should be there next to the cash counted. A shortfall or excess shows up at once and gets settled the same day.

You decide who sees and does what
Salesmen do not see cost or profit. Who may give how much discount and who may cancel a memo is up to you. Every action is recorded.
Checks built into your books
Accounting rules are checked whenever a transaction is posted. When a mistake is corrected, the original memo stays on record.
- Every transaction is double-entry: if debit and credit do not match, it is not saved.
- The server checks stock when posting a sale. Offline sales stay provisional until accepted.
- A saved memo cannot be deleted or edited. To correct it you cancel it and make a new one, and the old one stays on record.
- Posting a memo updates stock, money and party dues together.

What stock you have and who owes what: a photo of the ledger or an Excel file is enough. We enter your opening stock and dues ourselves.

How safe is my data?
Everything travels over a secure connection (HTTPS). Each business’s data is kept apart by rules in the database itself: one business cannot see another’s. You can turn on two-step login, and there is a record of who did what, and when.
Can I take my data with me at any time?
Yes, the data is yours. You can export everything at any time, even with a bill unpaid. When a subscription ends, everything keeps working for 7 more days; after that, an unpaid account stays open for viewing and export. You can also request account deletion yourself.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Android and iOS apps save sales on your phone and send them when the network returns. Until accepted, memos, stock and dues are provisional. Stock or credit-limit refusals appear in the app for you to review. Purchases, returns, transfers and expenses need internet. Uninstalling the app can lose unsynced sales.
Does it handle VAT/Mushak?
Not yet. VAT/Mushak will come later as a separate add-on. This version is for purchases, sales, stock, cash and credit, and profit and loss.
Does it work on iPhone?
A native iOS app for iPhone, an Android app and the web app are built. Public access is not open yet. Contact us for launch updates.
What happens after the trial? How do I pay?
14 days with every feature, free, with no card or advance payment. To continue, pay a monthly or yearly bill by bKash through the web app. If you stop, you do not have to do anything, and you can still view and export your data.
Can I add or remove users and godowns later?
At any time. A new user or godown works at once; the remaining days of the current month are charged by the day on the next bill. A removal takes effect from the next month.
I make my own goods. Will it work for me?
This version is for businesses that buy goods and resell them. Production (raw materials, finished goods, production cost) comes in a later phase.
